Will Life Be Worth Living in 2000?

I found a hilarious article from 1961 that predicts the future.  The writer feels that there will be a lot of change and that all those changes won't be wonderful.  It reminds me of the work you've done in predicting the history of the future.

Ha, ha! This is a funny article.
Air walls and a floating roof? And a lot of stuff that seems impossible!

Hey Ms. Pollock,
That was a cool article, most of it was correct, I think. I liked the part where they guessed we would have a button that could change the decor of rooms instantly. I wish I had that, I want to re-decorate my room!

wow they excepected so much from us. I am kinda glad that life isn't that easy and a little sad that that is kinda the way our world is going. We alredy have so much and I thik that we need to make our world a healtier place but i don't think we need to be that spoiled.

That was really funny they thought that we would be able to do so much in just 39 years. There is alot of stuff we have accomplished that they did not say like portable computers, portable music players(ipod,mp3).Although we have not done alot of things they said we could do like no one but the asternots in the space staytion live in space and the come back ever 6 mounths. One question how do we know that you are not a robot.:)
